I need two PCs for my office. One for Graphic design and 2nd for Android developer.


Graphic Design Work:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Corel Draw
If Possible to run any Video Editing Software

Developer:
Android Environment Setup
SDK
JDK
Full Android Development Kit
Able to support all Android-related supported tools.

Budget
My budget is 30,000 INR Rupees at around $422. If this isn't possible in this budget. I can increase to 35,000 INR around 500$ and 5% plus.

Result / What exactly I'm looking

I'd appreciate it if any of you guys would like to help me. I need Desktop either it could be pre-assembled Desktops or in single parts, like RAM, Processor, Motherboard, SSD, Cabinet, and CPU Cooler. And, If anything more required.
