Turns out choosing the motherboard was the hardest part of this upgrade so I had to ask for advice on the forum
I am buying the 3600xt which seems pretty good for the budget but if someone knows a better CPU for the budget I am open to change.

Would like the mobo to have These features :
1) 3 or more sata connectors
2)support for 3600mhz ram
3)support for Ryzen 3600xt (obviously)
4)4 dim slots
5)ATX Formfactor
6)cheaper than 150$

anyone who can help thanks in advance.

some of the mobos I have been considering :
Asrock b550
MSI PRO B450-A PRO MAX
MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
Asus ROG Strix B450-F

Only a couple more weeks for the new Ryzen CPU's release. The Ryzen 5 5600x sounds like it might be just what you...

that's a GPU though (I have the 1070ti already)
i am sorry i might not have read carefully...in case of cpu it's a waste to get the r5 3600XT because it just does not make any sense. If you are going to opt for the ryzen then go for the 3600x or even the 3600 getting the 3600XT is just not worth it. If you are going to get a cpu in this range particularly for gaming then the i5 10600K is the best buy at this moment as it has higher boost clocks and better performance in terms of gaming. So yes if you want a suggestion then get the i5 10600k instead of the ryzen 5 3600XT simply bcoz it's better and in the same price range

Only a couple more weeks for the new Ryzen CPU's release. The Ryzen 5 5600x sounds like it might be just what you want and it's supposed to be the first one released. Check this article-

If I was getting a board right now it would most likely be this one from Gigabyte. It has excellent DrMOS 12+2 VRM. Not sure if it will require bios update for 3600xt.

yeah i was going for the 3600x until the price dropped to 230 on both 3600x and 3600xt and the 10600k is a bit more expensive and would need a good cooler so thats why I chose the 3600xt
