OK, so i keep trying to connect my XBOX one wireless controller via Bluetooth and i cant seem to detect it.
I've pretty much tried every fix possible on the internet:
services.msc and restart
Device manager and reinstalling drivers
downloading latest drivers

I've also tried troubleshooting but this is what comes up as a result:

turns out every time i run the troubleshooter this same message comes up, even doing it consecutively brings up this message which clearly means it didn't fix it.

It might be worth mentioning that connecting headphones is also a hassle. It takes almost an hour to detect it in the Bluetooth menu and its a hit/miss which is very annoying

I'm up for any solutions because this is not fun to deal with and i really want to connect these controllers

Solution
I'm using Intel Wireless Bluetooth (on a laptop)
Drivers are up to date and I've even tried using older drivers, still not working.
I don't quite get the last question
look in device manager under network adapters for number behind intel wireless adapter
try both drivers from intel and from laptop manufacturer
last question can be deduced from intel adapter number
