The 2600/b450 is a proven combo. The ram is a great price for a nice speed. And the 5700xt should crush all games at 1080, and get you well into the 1440 range.

this ram is actually in my country a bit more expensive about 100 dollars so i thought about this

What's the exact power supply? A 1000W power supply you actually want to use is going to be at least $150 in the US, so it seems like an odd choice for a $900 build. Gotta make sure you're using something reputable before making recommendations.

And a Radeon rx5700 XT won't be required if your monitor is a 1080p 60hz one.

Go for the 5700XT if it's 144hz, the Nvidia gtx 1660 super if it's a 60hz.
