Question Can no longer control pump fan speed

So I've been away from my PC for 1 and a half months. It's been sitting there without power.

I just came back yesterday, and I noticed I the AIO cooler (xzxt kraken) is always running at full speed, no matter what I set it to in CAM.

I went into BIOS and noticed that the fan speed changes have been reset, but even after setting them back the fan is still running at max speed. I need help, the fan noise is driving me crazy.

Ok it's fixed now. Just in case anyone else runs into this: I powered off the PC and power supply, left it like that for a few minutes then turned it back on again and it worked.
