Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 - 4k/165hz

Hi, so I recently changed monitor to a Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 and my DSR options are gone, and the button to create a custom resolution is greyed out. I've tried it on another monitor and the option wasn't greyed out.

My GPU driver is the latest game-ready driver.

These are my scaling settings:
- Scaling mode: Aspect ratio
- Scaling performed on GPU

Things I've tried:
- Disabling gsync
- Changing resolution to non-native res
- different scaling settings
- trying a new non-gsync 60hz monitor (this worked)

A separate issue is I don't have a DSR option in my global settings for some reason.

DSR and custom resolutions are not available when DSC is active. You'll need to bring the data rate below 25.92 Gbit/s (DisplayPort HBR3 uncompressed limit) by lowering the refresh rate, or lowering the resolution (with GPU scaling disabled, otherwise lowering resolution doesn't reduce data rate). You can use the data rate calculator here:

That's the answer. Thanks, looks like I won't be doing custom resolutions or DSR.
