Question Computer Not Booting Up

I built my first pc and it isn't booting up. The only things that are working are the rgb on the motherboard, the graphics card, and the power supply. Nothing else seems to be working. It also says no signal on the monitor. Here are my specs

Have you cleared the CMOS?

All required power is connected (8pin EPS, 24pin ATX, PCIe connectors for the GPU)?

What happens with only the bare minimum connected? CPU w/iGP, cooler, 1x DIMM and relevant PSU connectors?

I'm pretty sure I plugged in all the power cables, I have the right ram placement, and I have the right psu connectors. What are cmos?
