Question Computer only boots bios

Hello.

I have been having trouble with my computer all day

I just wanted to clean it out but that was a mistake I guess

anyways after cleaning it I could not boot it at all it would just keep turning on and off

I think its because I didn't have the ram/gpu in correctly

So I worked for an hour and I fixed it

Now it will only load the bios this has happened before and I would fix it by changing the sata slots

But it wont work at all now

I will be thankful for any help I get.

(also in my BIOS the drives show up I just cant use them to boot)


If my specs are needed here they are
CPU = Intel Pentium G5400
Mobo = Gigabyte H310M S2P
GPU = gtx 1060 3gb
And I have one SDD (120 gb) and and a HDD (1 Tb)

They are kinda loose but I dont think there broken because I can see my drives I just cant use them to boot
