Question Corsair Carbide Spec 06 difficulty

I'm a first time pc builder and noticed the rgb controller had a SATA cable. My motherboard is the Tomahawk B450 if it's relevant. I have no clue as to where the SATA cable goes and I can't find a connection point either.​

You mean the SATA power cable? You would need to plug that into a SATA power connection on your PSU.

The cable doesn't plug into the psu, It has the same end piece as the power port for an ssd

Does it look like the power plug on this controller?

If so you use a SATA power cable from your PSU and plug it into that just like you would a SSD.

I doubt its the other way as that wouldn't make any sense.

Sorry about replying so late, I used that solution combined with some fixes and got the pc fully set up, this was a throwaway account, and I've never usen this forum before. I'd like to mark this as an answered question. But I don't know how.
