Recently, my corsair k30 stopped "working". It is on, recognized by my pc and it is not a pc problem (happens to other pcs). Despite it being on, when I type, it does not register it. It was in bios mode, and I pressed esc. for 10 seconds to get it out of it and it led to this. Any thing I can do to fix the problem?

If other keyboards work on your computer and the Cosair K30 does not work on your computer or other computers then the Cosair keyboard is likely broken or defective.

How old is the keyboard - has it been used for heavy key-pounding gaming? Used by kids who could have pulled it, dropped it, spilled stuff on it?

It's 2 years old so far, and was working perfectly fine until seconds after it went off bios mode (scroll lock was flashing to indicate it). It hasn't been used for much gaming, but it may be defective. I have read on other forums that the k30 often stops working when due to the bios mode, becoming defective, so could that be it?
