Question CPU AND GPU USAGE QUITE LOW (mainly gpu)

Hey guys, so i have a bit of an outdated gaming pc (i3-6100 and a geforce 1050ti, 2x 4GB RAM). I dont really know alot about PC's but my fps is way lower than what its supposed to be and it has been like that for a while. I ran malwarebytes and deleted 9 PUP's. But no help there. My gpu usage is 35% in CSGO and about 50% in other games which is quite low. I know csgo is a cpu based game but i see people with the same specs get atleast 180 fps on 1920x1080 while i play with ~120 on a 1280x1024. When i change the settings to high/medium/low there is no.fps difference. Anyone that can help me out ? I changed my nividia power settings to high already, didn't work. (Btw i see some.people with the same GPU get 90% in csgo?)


ALSO! My cpu usage in csgo is about 65-75, and i'd like that to be a bit higher as well, any ideas on how to?

Corsair VS450(80plus) -> power supply




Also, someone recommended me to reset my windows? idk if that should help tho

Hey! I dont have any frame rate limiter, neither in nvidia or the games

I forgot to mention that the individual CPU CORE usage jumps between 65-85 on all 4 cores (meaning that sometimes core 4 is on 65%. sometimes its core 1 etc.)

Im using that resolution because it gives an advantage in all other games i use 1920x1080, im using a 144hz monitor so i'd like to get atleast 144 fps. And no i dont have v sync on or any fps limiters

So i've just done some more tests and on other games that i've tried my GPU and CPU usage is 90% or more, so its only CS:GO thats having low performance

Out of curiosity how does resetting my config help getting higher cpu and gpu usage? Im really nooby at this stuff so i'm not trying to be a di** or anything.

My suggestion is based on your last answer, since you say that you only seems to have problems with csgo, i'd reset it to the default

Unfortunately it didn't work, i did notice that in the homescreen my gpu usage is 50% for some reason (so about 20% more than when actually in game)

As you guys can see this guy gets atleast above 144 fps which is what im going for (hoping for a minimum of 144fps stable)

this is my usage, sometimes the gpu usage gets even lower, im really desperate here boys still havent found a fix
