Question CPU, Exhaust and PSU fans spin, but no display and peripherals not working.

Hello everyone.

First time posting here therefore sorry if this isn’t the right place, pretty desperate so yeah.

I am trying to assemble the components I got from Christmas and everything seems to be working on the surface (front panel lights, fans spin etc). Additionally, nothing gets displayed ( I am using on board graphics) through the motherboard hdmi and the peripherals don’t seem to work.

However, upon closer inspection, the usb ports are indeed getting power since they charge my phone, but the mouse laser is very faint and it doesn’t work. It’s almost like the usb ports are in a power saving mode or something.

Hey, thanks for the reply first and foremost.

The build is as it follows.

- Asrock B550-ITX amd
- AMD 3 3200g
- seasonic core full modular 500w
- 8x2 gskill aegis 3200mhz ram sticks

Yep, both pins are connected to the motherboard tightly.
