As the current GPU market isn't going to be going back to normal any time soon, I have to buy my GPU after I complete my build.
Parts for the PC with peripherals are around $1200.
Here is the partlist.

My question is, should I go for the Ryzen 5000 APU chips or even an i7-11700 from Intel until I get a GPU. OR should I stick with the i5-11600K for now.
For a little bit of context, I'll be using this for gaming, light streaming to discord, 3D animation, rendering, modeling and graphic design.
The problem is I might get a GPU later on and I want to use the PC for some light gaming and such while I wait. The problem is that I have very low expectations of the igpu from Intel and the AMD APU only gives PCIE 3.0.
Help me choose a good one here and let me know if there's a noticeable disadvantage whilst using PCIE 3.0 if I go with AMD. Any experience with Intel igpu is also welcome.
Thank you in advance for any help!
