Question Crashing and boot errors

If the power goes out or my pc gets turned off without shutting down it won’t turn on the next time you try to turn it on. It will cycle error codes each time you hard reset it. The debug LED will cycle through cpu failure, dram failure, VGA, and boot. The most common codes it throws at me are —, 00, 0F. It will eventually turn on and be fine for a few days. Recently it’s been freezing (no blue screen but screen freezes and ram leds freeze) forcing me to hard reset it which starts the cycle over again. Currently I can’t get it to turn on. This started a week or so after I installed this graphics card but it doesn’t seem like a GPU problem.

I’ve tried clearing cmos, reflash bios, reseating ram and gpu

If you're experiencing power failures, you should invest in an UPS to allow you to shut down the system safely. What GPU were you working with prior to RTX3080Ti? Also, how old is the PSU in your build? TO add, please mention the chipset to your board, there are a number of MEG ACE's in MSI's portfolio.
