[SOLVED] Dell OEM RX 570 or 470

So I'm currently assembling a new computer to flip and I found a good deal on a Dell OEM AMD RX 470 4GB card for about $78 shipped. The shipper then later told me it's actually an RX 570 4GB, which seems like a good thing. But when I installed the card into my personal system, download the AMD Drivers, and check with GPU-Z, it identifies it as an RX 570 but the numbers point to this being an RX 470. Does anyone know anything about this, and any other caveats that come with this graphics card, such as maybe a temperature or power limit? My main issues is if I market the PC with having a 470 or 570, as I'd rather not have false information in my listings, even though I guess this could technically count as an cut down 570.

Actually, not really sure where you are seeing the problem. The RX570 is just a refresh of the RX470... So that being said, both cards should be fairly similar.

You see it showing up as an RX570...
Check the Serial number for more information.
I don't think there is anything to worry about from what I see. IF radeon Software says 570.. it is a 570.
