Does Intel Provides Cpu cooler along with i5-10400, 10500, 10600 Processor ? or F and K series of 10th Gen ?

Coolers are not included for K series only.
That said, the stock coolers suck for anything even moderately heavy. It should be fine for browsing, Word, watching videos - light stuff - it should be fine.
They were pretty inadequate even with 3rd gen - Intel never improved on 'em since.
