Hi guys.

I recently built a new PC. Started building last night, and finished this afternoon. I installed Windows 10, updated Windows, and installed my graphics drivers and CPU drivers fine. Afterwards, I started downloading the usual Google Chrome and Discord, and it worked fine. Then I started downloading games. I downloaded Steam, and started installing games when I realized that the download speed was horrible. Around 500 KBPS to 2 MBPS. I asked someone earlier, and I realized that I hadn't updated my Network Adapter in Device Manager. Nothing changed. I'm stumped, and I can't find out why. I did an internet speed test on the same network, and my connection was 200 MBPS, it was fine. I will note that I did buy an open box motherboard from Micro Center. We are playing for

Specs:
Motherboard: [OPEN BOX] ASRock x570 PRO4 AMD ATX AM4 Motherboard
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Ventus OC
CPU: Ryzen 7 3800X
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 3600 Mhz
PSU: 750W Semi Modular 80+ Bronze
Storage: 2TB Seagate Barracuda & 500GB Samsung 860 EVO.

I'll take any help that I can get, because this internet speed is awful.
Thanks!
