You may play cards as though they were other Magic cards of your choice
with the same mana cost. (Mana cost includes color. ) You can't choose
the same card twice
Please correct me where I'm wrong.
It's mental magic. Duh.
I *may* play spells mentally, but I don't *have* to. This means I can
play them normally, including duplicates.
The "can't choose the same card twice" clause only lasts for the
duration of the permanent. Bouncing him would reset this uniqueness
test, allowing me to replay a mental spell next time he was in play.
