Dvd will not play or eject

Hello,
I have a Bush 24" led tv/dvd combo has been playing dvd's fine last one in however said loading came up with copyright details then nothing...won't play, won't eject! Seems to say DVL on screen comes up with a triangle with what looks like a square underneath says network and has like an oval shape also a code

Remove power from the TV/DVD set for a couple of minutes, say 10 minutes, and re-plug the electrical cord. Now see if the DVD disk plays or ejects.
