Laptop model: Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54 724L

Specs

RAM: 32GB 2933MT/s
CPU: Intel i7-11800H
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 6GB
External Monitor: Xiaomi G34WQi 180Hz UWQHD connected using Mini DP to DP.

Does anyone experience this issue with DWM or something? this issue has been up for almost 6 months and i dont know why.

When i search for my issue in online the solution given in there didn't resolve my issue. So lately i've experience crash and screen blinking and then the NVIDIA Driver was crash and need to restart my laptop to play a game again. This issue is impacting my gaming experience in all game (particulary in all HoYoVerse game, Wuthering Waves, Once Human, and Valorant). When i check the Event Viewer (You can see the image attached to a link) the culprit is the app called DWM crashing and that lead to my graphics driver crash too.

I was using Extreme Preset for Gaming, the extreme preset was a preset from my Acer Predator and i activate it using the Predator Sense. My temperature for the CPU and GPU was i think normal when gaming it was around 75-78°C for the CPU and 82-85°C for the GPU. The maximum Temperature for the CPU was 100°C and for GPU was 87°C so i was never reaching the thermal limit when gaming. But the DWM always crashing when i was gaming.

I've been following the online solution like reinstall the graphics driver using DDU, uninstall xbox game overlay, disable graphics hardware acceleration on windows, change power option to balance, remove the undervolt (because i'm using undervolt before to increase the performance of the GPU, etc. But this solution didn't solve my issue and i still experience the crash until now and just happened before i write this question in this forum.

Maybe someone have same issue and can share how to mitigate this issue because it is seriously annoying

Thank you.

this particular error code 0x8898008d (hardware rendering unavailable) is related to your graphic card, or graphic card driver
you could try DDU and nuke your gpu drivers and try older GPU drivers
if that wont help, there is issue with your GPU (hardware defect)
I always tried to nuke the nvidia driver with DDU, uninstall it and install the newer version one and the old version like 2-3 version before, but it didn't resolve the issue. If it is possible that my hardware is defective like you said, can defect occur when the device has been used for more than a year?
This laptop is 3 years old now so the warranty has expired because laptop only has 3 years warranty.
