Pretty large lack of info on these commands. They all show in Advanced Power plan menu

AMD Power Slider sets which power plan the CPU and other parts of notebook use on Battery or Plugged in.

Switchable graphics sets the power plan for the igpu (in the cpu)

"AMD Graphics Power Settings" seems to set what power plan the AMD GPU uses on battery or plugged in.

Its common for laptops to use the switchable graphics on desktop/browsing and use the AMD GPU for gaming/graphically intensive programs.

can they improve the performance in game? my pc is a notebook

this might help
  1. Start
  2. Power & sleep settings
  3. Additional Power Settings
Set it to High Performance (If there is no "high performance", you can pick balanced because we're double checking it on the next step anyway.)

Regardless of what plan you picked, click "Change plan settings on the right of the plan you chose.

Change Advanced Power Settings. A "power options" window should pop-up.

On the list look for the following and set it accordingly:

• Intel (R) Graphics Settings

Battery: Balanced Power: Balanced

• Processor Power Management

Min. Processor State: Both 100%

Cooling Policy: Both Active

Max. Processor State: Both 100%

•Switchable Dynamic Graphics

Global Settings: Both Maximize Performance

•AMD Graphics Power Settings

Powerplay Settings: Both Maximize Performance

9. Click Apply then Ok. It should work now.
