Hey ive had this bug for a long time and it happens on high end games like gta v and fifa 19
Ive tried:
Rebooting my computer
Factory resetting my computer
Run application as administrator
reinstall application
reinstall Microsof .NET framework
Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ packages
Update windows
Run check disk
