Question Ethernet & Wifi adapter not working

So both my ethernet and wifi are giving me issues right now. For reference, my motherboard is an Asus Prime x470 Pro and this all began once I was forced to clean/take apart my pc cause of cpu fan issues (which have been fixed).

1- Ethernet
I’ve changed the cable as well as just plugged into my laptop and can clearly see the connection is fine so my guess is the issue is with my mobo. It’s listed on my device manager, but neither restarting or cleaning the port has helped.

2- Wifi Adapter
I bought a tplink ac1300 but it doesn’t seem to be working at all. It’s not appearing in device manager and I’m not sure how I can troubleshoot this.

I’ve tried asking in afew subreddits for help but to no avail so I hope I can figure this whole situation out from any advice you guys got.

Edit:

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt and post the results here.

You should be able copy and paste the results without needing to retype everything.
Updated with full specs and here is my ipconfig logs

The Ethernet controller on your motherboard is an Intel I211-AT chip. It is not listed under Windows IP Configuration, but you said earlier it is listed in Device Manager. Have you looked in the BIOS to see if "Intel LAN Controller" is set to Enabled?
Yea, I was under the impression the proton vpn one had renamed itself from whatever the original name was into that.

I just checked BIOS and it says my intel LAN controller is enabled. Intel LAN OPROM is disabled though, if that means anything.

You say your Ethernet is listed in Device Manager. If you right click on it and select Properties, then click the General tab, under Device status does it say "This device is working properly"?

So I’ll be honest, I’m still not really sure which is really the Ethernet if it’s here at all.

Out of the likely ones, the proton one says it’s working properly but the Intel 1211 says “Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)”

Also, sorry for the late replies. For some reason I’m not getting email notifications so I have to keep reloading manually.
