Hey guys! I have gotten pretty much a new PC and the building currently does not POST, the lights ( LED Stripes and RAM RGB) are on and so are the fans. All the cables are all plugged in correctly and I have tried removing my GPU and using the default MoBo DP slot but nothing shows up on my monitor either. I have also tried using compressed air on my RAM and that did not help either.
The EZ Debug LED flashes onto the CPU LED for a third of a second or so and switches over to the DRAM Debug LED ( See: https://linkfileshare.com/0c7yU )

This building contains:
EVGA 600W B PSU
Corsair 220T RGB Case
2x 8GB RAM Corsair Vengeance
MSI Z390 A-Pro Motherboard
Intel i5-9400 CPU
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 (6G) GPU
250 GB Kingston SSD
2TB Samsung SSD
2TB Dell Hard Drive

2x 27 Inch LED Monitors

Thank You all so much in advance!

Got it working (finally)! It may have been a short problem as my case is small. I put electrical tape around the areas where the case was touching the mobo and I think that may have fixed it
