Question Gpu not working

Hey everyone.
I have an amd 5450hd installed on my ddr2 amd motherboard.
The problem is that my grphaic card used to work but it is not working now but it works on all other motherboards but not mine.
I have tried clearing cmos. All the bios settings i found on this forum to fix it but nothing happend. Other graphic cards work on my sytem too.

I have an AMD HD5450 and it used to work on my pc but recently it is not working. I have installed it on other pc and it works fine. I tried using other cards on my pc and they work fine too. The problem is between my pc and my card and i've tried most solutions such as clearing cmos. Cleaning pci slot etc. Can someone help find out what the problem is?
