Im having RTX 2070 gpu
More than 3 years with heavy game playing..
Its around getting nearly 90 *C in gaming..

So planning to change Gpu thermal paste..

My question is:
1. Can i use cpu thermal paste for gpu or is there any special thermal paste for Gpu is there in market?

2. Which thermal paste is best for gpu, kindly suggest some models like cooler master mastergel pro, artic silver etc..

many graphics cards require thermal pads of a specific thickness.
paste or gel will not work in their place.
you would need to either research this particular card and hope to find a definite answer as to the correct size
or just tear it apart and hope you can still determine what size they were before being smashed into place.

Yes thermal paste IS thermal paste. GPU or CPU it's the same. But like they said above there are also more than likely thermal pads in there too that you might as well change out too. Just search YouTube for thermal paste comparisons as well as a tear down of your specific card to see exactly how many pads you'll need.

The CPU die is not a slick as the GPU die. Many pastes that are excellent for CPUs are bad for GPUs.
A fellow member explains this very nicely.
Bare silicon dies have a slicker and slippery surface compared to the rough and grainy IHS of a cpu. These 3 pastes could be great on cpus, but terrible on gpus, because the paste either 'slips' off, or gets pumped out by mounting pressure and high thermal cycles.
Ideal pastes for gpu applications are ones with high(er) viscosity; thick and sticky.
