A few weeks ago I got a Gigabyte 2060 OC Gaming Pro. For the past week I have been noticing random stuttering and after checking afterburner during the stutter my GPU usage and memory clocks will spike up to 100%. This is happening while watching Netflix or Youtube with no other programs open and the stutters can be 2-20 min apart. I upgraded from a Gigabyte HD 7950 so IDK if there's some kind of conflict with the old card and new one. I ran DDU in safe mode a bunch of time before installing the new GPU. Any ideas what could be causing this or how to get rid of it?
In the screenshot the first spike happened while I was watching Netflix with nothing open, the others may have been caused by me opening or closing programs.
