Question GPU wont boot when Pcie x16 is enabled.

It used to work fine.

Then i added a 2nd GPU in the x8 slot. After 2 weeks I took it out, and thats when my issue started. Now it only boots when my gpu is at the x8 slot, or when I add a 2nd GPU.

I already tried hundreds of times updating BIOS , EVERY single driver, but nothing....

My motherboard is a B550 Vision D

Ryzen 5800x

3080 (Tried with 3 different cards, same error)

64gb DDR4 32000mhz}



I cant even get to BIOS,

my led error codes are first 07, and after a while it shows error code 62 or Installation of PCH runtime services".

Try pulling the cmos battery from the motherboard for 30 seconds. First turn off pc, unplug from wall, then pull cmos battery from motherboard. Wait thirty seconds, replace battery, plug in to outlet then try to fire up pc with gpu in 16x slot.
