[SOLVED] Graphic Card not working

Dear all,

I recently tried to replace my old graphic card (AMD Radeon HD 5450) with a new one (ASUS ROG-STRIX-RX560-4G ).
This is my mother board: Asus M5A97. I am posting the full specs of my pc below.

When I restarted the pc it worked for 5 minutes then it rebooted and after that I could not go beyond the Windows 10 login.
I just see a dark green (sometimes multicolor) screen (see this picture https://ibb.co/s3B72fL).

Could it be a compatibility issue? The RX560 does not need any additional power supply. Perhaps it does not get enough power from the mother board?

After the installation of RX 560. On Windows 10 after the drivers installation. Before installing the drivers I can see the screen with a low resolution. Ubuntu does not boot at all.

How long you are using this low-grade PSU?. There's a higher chance, this power supply is your main cause. Though it is certified as 80 PLUS BRONZE, still acceptable for an office-setup for 2-3 years from the date of purchase.

Never ever go for a cheap power supply, doesn't matter what advertisement, bells and whistles it got. Toms experts always going through rigorous testings with all power supplies and positioned them accordingly with their quality and standards. Please follow this link to be informed :
