[SOLVED] Graphics card keeps making a buzzing/flickering noise while playing games.

Hello,
I have noticed that my graphics card has been making an annoying buzzing/flickering noise while put under load or gaming. I have been doing some research and it could be something called 'Coil Whine'. Some forums are saying it's faulty and I should return it but im really unsure. Here is a video of the sound:

(you can hear it a lot more in real life than in the video)
Any help would be appreciated.

Intel Core i7 8700k
MSi h310m gaming plus
MSi RTX 2070 Ventus (my current gpu)
16gb ddr4
corsair crystal 280x

in any game? afaik you get notable coil whines when games FPSs arent capped, for instance you can hit 1000 fps on menus and thus resulting in coil whine because of the excess of frames.

It happens in most games, whether I have it capped or uncapped, except for minecraft, were it only makes the noise when I have the FPS cap on unlimited
