Question Help me find stock bios

When I am playing games sometimes it crashes saying Driver Timeouts and also gpu usage is spiking it randomly spikes from 100% to 0% and so on.

CPU- ryzen 3 3200g
Ram- Corsair Vengence 3200mhz 8gb ddr4
PSU- 450W corsair

What BIOS is it using now and how did you determine that was the issue?
