I have 2 motherboards from MSI and GIGABYTE but same model actually.
1: MSI H81M0P33
2 : MSI H81-DS2
I'm going for an SSD and I discovered I don't have any M.2 NVMe ports. one PCIe x16 is occupied by the GPU.
I was wondering if I can get an adapter for 2 x PCI Express x1 slots.
IF I can use an adapter, It also leaves a question for where I can get modified BIOS!

Why are you bothering with an NVMe drive on such an old, low feature, motherboard?

While the NVMe drives are faster in theory, any adapter on that will simply crush it down to regular SATA SSD performance anyway.
Just get a regular 2.5" SATA III SSD.
Samsung 860 EVO or Crucial MX500.

is it worth upgrading from SATA HDD to SATA SSD?
