I suggest a better quality power supply to protect your investment. EVGA B2/B3 or G2/G3 lines would be more suitable. The B series is quite cheap.

CPU cooler is adequate, but you will want more if you intend to overclock.

for a budget like this you dont need to pay much you can go with this
Seasonic Focus Gold 650w fully modular for just 85$
BTW 550w is enough if you wanna go with thta version then its just 75$

steer away from the b/b2/b3 linep they are not as good as the g2/g3.
not bad but not quiet as good.
