ok every time i go on the internet i see a picture i want to set as my
background i right click nad hit set as desktop back ground but i get and
error message saying INVALID ARGUMEnt ok wats going on with that?... lol

Save the picture to you machine first.

Go to the Web site that has the picture, right click the picture and Save
Picture As...
Save to My Pictures. Then...
Right click Desktop | Properties | Desktop tab | Click the Browse button |
Navigate to the picture you saved | Double click it | Apply | OK
