[SOLVED] How can I tell if my GPU is completley working

Hello, Recentley I have installed a 780ti Winforce Gigabyte, In 3dmark, i got the average score for 780ti, but when i open steam games that should be using my gpu (like csgo, rust, etc.) i get like 30fps making me think that it is using intels UHD, could that be because this gpu doesnt have that much vram? Please help

If you still get the same fps with wired internet connection, your PC hardware or internet speed may have problem.
