Hi, I am trying to add my new ram that I got from PAX east. But D.O.C.P only give me bluescreens with absolutely no information from windows why it is crashing. I did tried to get my voltage to 1.4V and the most of speed that I got was 1600Mhz.
Does anyone know how to set this?

Try using an x.m.p profile (short for extreme memory profile) in your bios settings.
Set it to xmp profile 1 and it should automatically set the speed of the ram to 3200.
If your having more issues just reply to this and I can reply back :)

I am having this issue with 4 sticks of gskill 3200. I have docp turned on, but can not boot at 3200 but can with 2800 as my highest. Any ideas? Also I can achieve 3200 with 2 sticks just not 4.

That is THE problem, Ryzen (except 5000 series) is difficult to run with all 4 sticks above 2933/3000MHz. With lower Cl at 2800MHz difference is not going to be noticeable in real work.
If you want to waste time and play with manual settings, see if this can help https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ryzen-dram-calculator/
