[SOLVED] how do i know my motherboard supports argb?

Recently I bought Antec Prizm 120 ARGB Case Fan from Amazon

It comes with three cables I know only one which I plugged on my motherboard Asus Z170 Pro Gaming.

These are the connectors of this fan.

I plugged only the PWM header only I don't know what the others go for?

But the lights not working and also the fan runs at full speed.
I have Asus AI Suite 3 which I can able to manage my CPU fan and the other case fan which comes with my cabinet Corsair Spec 01. But I'm also unable to manage its speed.

See there is not any option available.
See while the fan comes with the case also connected only in PWM header but I can able to manage its RPM.

I don't know I put it all wrong or is there anything else I don't know.
So how can I plugged it right so My fans RGB lights will glow and also how can I able to manage its speed its there any way to do this?

The PWM header only controls the fan speed. The motherboard does not have the RGB header required to run RGB this way. If you want to use these fans, you'll need to purchase an RGB controller.

No that will not work ARGB is 3 pin 5 volt like that fan.
RGB is 4 pin 12 volt like that controller.
