[SOLVED] How to overlock my CPU?

Hello. I have a very weak CPU, and i would like to overlock it, so i can gain a little bit more processing power.

This is the CPU: AMD A4-9120e RADEON R3, 4 COMPUTE CORES 2C+2G

Can someone explain to me how do i overlock it? Is there software that can overlock the CPU automatically, or do i have to overlock it manually? If i have to overlock it manually, how do i overlock it?

The OS I'm using is Windows 10. The device is a laptop. The BIOS is V1.09 - AMD AGESA StoneyPI - V1.3.0.G

2. OC in a laptop is usually disallowed, due to heat concerns.

As mentioned overclocking is not an option.
Perhaps spend a little time not running unneeded background stuff.
Focus the limited cpu power on what you want to run.
