How to restore/ back up Control panal again?

Thank you for this site, where I could find my search answer as" how can I restore back the control panal ?
Note: ( I had deleted its on destop but its then i could not fund in the menu so...)

Try to right click on the start menu, then select properties, then select Control Panel. I think that should help.
