How to update firmware on iomega nas

I have an Iomega network disk with Firmware Versión 20.20. ¿Is it posible to update it to a late version? if yes wich one is the last one and were can I found it.

You can get the latest firmware HERE, but I don't generally recommend updating firmware unless you have an issue or something new and useful is added in the update.
