So my question is what is better to buy! (on the laptop)
I got Toshiba with i5-2450m and Dell with i5-3317u! I'm confused since i5-2450m is 2.5ghz and i5-3317u is 1.9ghz. But I know 3rd gen is kinda better. Any help or advice?

Thank you.

I visited intel page and most of i5 3rd gen are low ghz =/

CPU difference will be basically nil between the two; current ULV i7s actually get close to Sandy Bridge standard voltage dual core i7s.

I'd take the Toshiba personally, though. The 7670M MIGHT be a little faster, but the GT 540M will have vastly easier (and more stable) driver upgrades.
