Question Intel Confidential - Engineering Sample

Ok so I have bought a Intel confidential CPU from eBay it was sold as an Engineering sample under the Title of E5-2650 v4, I have been running the CPU for some time and works OK but when I went to see what could be done with OC I found some strange anomalies in the CPU files as you can see on the photos (attached) one reads a 10c 20t cpu and the other a 12c 24t cpu (I know there are sometimes service cores in cpu modules) perhaps someone can provide some more information, I have attached two photos you can see the difference between the two and also why is one program reading the GC as 4gb and one reading 6GB if you have any available information as to how the win 10 64bit operating system obtains this information that would be appreciated. I would also note the max turbo function does not seem to be present is there anyway to download and install the core set for these functions? CPU Values GPU Values

Since what you have is essentially stolen property(es samples still belong to Intel and are not suppose to be sold, so you bought stolen property) and we have rules about helping with illegal activity, this thread is now closed.
