[SOLVED] Is my MSI B350M pro vd-plus motherboard compatible with an RTX 2070 Super?

Hey, kind of a noob question, but I wanted to know if these 2 were compatible. I checked on the manufacturer website and I couldn’t find it on their list, but then again I couldn’t find my current GPU either (GTX 1660) and that’s running fine in there. I also checked on pc-specs.com and I saw the 2070 and one called the 2070 SLI but I couldn’t find one called the 2070 SLI, maybe a fancy nickname for the super? fingers crossed

Yes, there wont be any issues with compatibility, the VGAs are meant to work with all boards, as long as they have the same compatible slot, which PCIe 3.0 is.

Yes it is..but what processor are you running in it? What might be the better question is whether your processor will bottleneck your shiny new GPU at your gaming resolution.

I’m currently running an AMD Ryzen 5 3600x clocked at 4.2 GHz
