RAM : 6GB 1600Mhz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 630 2GB

CPU - 5years old 2core/4thread,
RAM - low amount,
GPU - low end, barely usable for gaming.

I would call that a low end system, good enough for very old games, or general web usage.
