During a cleaning of the pc, the cpu of the socket moved a little, looking in detail, I detected a small scratch.

I started doing tests to see if there were any errors but I did not see anything strange.

is it safe to continue using?

If it still works, it should be OK. That scratch looks very superficial and shouldn't have affected anything.
