Question Is this a good Mobo?

Hi fir my budget build(ryzen 5 2400g/3400g with no gpu) i'm confused between these 2 mobos msi b450m pro-vdh plus (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-Pro-vdh-Plus) or gigabyte b450m gaming (https://www.gigabyte.com/in/Motherboard/B450M-GAMING-rev-10#kf)
I want to overclock my ram(HyperX fury 8x2 2667mhz) and a mild cpu/igpu overclock.

Theres an msi gaming plus thats around the same price that has flashback option the vdh does not ull need that to update the bios for the 3000 series if u dont allrdy have an am4 cpu.
