Is this memory compatable with this mobo?

I have this mobo:

And ordered this RAM:

Now the mobo says 1333/1066 mhz memory suppost. However the one I ordered is 1600mhz. Will this cause posting issues or would it work?

Compatible yes, but the Sandy Bridge is better suited with 1.50v RAM. I get the 'rebate' but if it were my rig I would go with the lower/cooler 1.50v RAM. Your MOBO supports with 1066 MHz or 1333 MHz; faster RAM can run at lower frequencies with lower CAS.
