Question Kernel Power 41(63) When playing cpu heavy games

Hey So I just finished my first PC BUILD and these are the specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7800X3D
GPU: Sapphire Pure 7800 XT
RAM: 2x16gb 5200mhz corsair vengeance
MOBO: Asus TUF Gaming B650-m PLUS
AIO: Deepcool 120mm
SSD: Kingston M2 NVME 1TB
PSU: Coolermaster MWE 750W
Case: Gamdias Athena M6
I have noticed when I am playing gpu heavy games like cyberpunk it works like a charm, but when I am playing unity games (heavy CPU reliant) and especially when I have chrome tabs and youtube videos and discord calls it is more prone to crash. There is a black screen followed by an instant system reboot.
Event logger says Kernel Power 41(63) every single time

What I have tried so far:
-> Updating BIOS
-> Restoring windows
-> Reinstalling drivers
-> lowering GPU freq
-> Disabling core performance boost (CPB) and performance boost overdrive (PBO) in BIOS
-> monitoring CPU and GPU temps to ensure it isnt getting too hot

"Kernel Power 41" is simply a report from the OS, saying "I shut down unexpectedly. Please fix me."

It is NOT the actual error that caused the system to crash.
