Question Laptop Won't Boot Up After Max RAM Upgrade

Hello. I need help with my laptop not booting up after installing 2x16 GB RAM of Kingston. The specs of my RAM should be compatible with the Kingston RAM I bought, which is DDR5 4800MHz SODIMM. Also, the max RAM of my laptop should be 32GB so it should work if I ever upgrade it to its max.

I have tested each stick individually and it works. However, when put together (32GB RAM), it won't boot up. My laptop is ASUS TUF A15 FA507RC.

Please help me on this.

If nobody answers within the day, I might just return the 16GB RAM and stick with a 24GB RAM instead. Like I said, it boots up if it's like 8GB, 16GB, or 24GB; never 32GB. I'm just disappointed with how this turned out because I was excited to upgrade it to its max potential, you know?
