intel Pentium g3258 (can and will OC)
gtx 750 ti
8 gigs ram
Can I run rust with this budget build? Help will be appreciated ty

Can you? Maybe
Is rust worth bothering to get working on that system with reasonable performance? Probably not. It's pretty horrible in terms of performance on any hardware, like ARK, and even a computer with four times your specs will lag occasionally on 1080p!

30FPS isn't lag, it's just low FPS. By lag I mean stuttering/dropped frames, on top of the low FPS. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UqrdG5QcHBE shows you just about the best you can hope for... an that just looks and plays like garbage... stuttering when doing nothing but simple running is just not acceptable!

I've seen games half a decade older that ran smoother on lower end hardware and still look better!
